Description
We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our team in Pasig City, National Capital Region (NCR), Philippines.
As a Senior Civil Engineer at WSP, you will be responsible for the complete design requirements for the Civil Engineering of projects. You will coordinate efforts between disciplines and work closely with the Project Manager/s to deliver high-quality results.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, focusing on drainage, sewer, water services, and underground utilities coordination
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop engineering solutions, prepare technical documentation, and ensure compliance with project and quality requirements
- Provide mentoring and guidance to other civil engineers in the team
- Keep abreast of new developments and methods relevant to your area of expertise
- Adhere to prescribed Design Standards and Design Quality Procedures
- Work towards the group's quality objectives and adhere to the company's quality policy
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering
- Road and road alignment design experience
- Traffic modelling design experience (traffic management, temporary traffic diversion, VISSIM, VISSUM, etc.)
- Civil works experience: drain, sewer, water services design
- Underground Utilities Coordination and management experience
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, MicroStation
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Relevant experience in a commercial environment and/or consulting
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Results-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities and workload effectively
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
