Duration and Start The apprenticeship lasts 3.5 years, starting on September 1, 2027.
Salary You will receive a training allowance according to the collective agreement, gross per month:
1st year of apprenticeship: €1,261 2nd year of apprenticeship: €1,328 3rd year of apprenticeship: €1,419 4th year of apprenticeship: €1,485 Additionally, you will receive holiday and Christmas bonuses.
Working Hours and Holiday Entitlement 37.5 hours per week Up to 53 free days per year, including 30 holiday days

Responsibilities
- Read technical drawings and plan production processes
- Assemble mechanical components and assemblies, e.g., robot arms and drive systems
- Operate CNC machines safely and optimize programs
- Operate, monitor, and maintain machines and systems
- Manually and mechanically process workpieces, e.g., drilling, turning, milling
- Understand control technology: working with pneumatic and hydraulic controls
Qualifications
- Main school leaving certificate, grade 10 or higher
- Interest in maths, physics, and technology
- Manual dexterity and concentration
- Enthusiasm for machines, mechanics, and precision
