As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist, you will manage vendor relationships and process payments according to Finance Policy and US GAAP.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full-cycle accounts payable functions, including coding, vouchering, reviewing, and processing invoices
  • Ensure compliance with AP internal controls, policies, and procedures
  • Process vendor and employee payment runs three times a month
  • Review employee and AMEX corporate card expense reports for accuracy and consistency with Razer's Policy
  • Prepare month-end accruals and journal entries
  • Resolve outstanding issues and answer inquiries from vendors and employees
  • Set up new vendors in SAP and update W-9 and W8-BEN
  • Maintain accounts payable-related files and records
  • Assist with annual financial audits and UAT testing
  • Contribute to process improvements and automations
  • Prepare and generate 1099 forms in compliance with IRS regulations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable Specialist position or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel experience
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
  • ERP experience, SAP experience preferred

Salary Range: $56,940.00 - $94,900.00 per annum
