Description
As a Team Member at NEXT's Cannock store, you will be part of a fast-paced retail environment, providing outstanding customer service and supporting store operations. Your shifts will be 12 hours per week on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 13:00 to 17:00. You will be expected to offer fast and friendly service, share your passion and knowledge about products, work across different areas of the store, and take control of your own development.
The successful candidate should be a great communicator, friendly, calm, and efficient, with a positive attitude towards work. As part of the application process, you will need to complete an online assessment, which includes a Working with Numbers Assessment and a Retail Scenarios Assessment.
