International eCommerce Manager - Omnichannel

We are seeking an experienced International eCommerce Manager to lead the development and execution of Red Bull's global eCommerce agenda across more than 40 markets worldwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Translating Red Bull's global Sales strategy into clear eCommerce priorities, frameworks, and scalable programs that drive growth across regions and markets
• Identifying opportunities across Omnichannel retail, Online Grocery, eB2B, and emerging digital commerce models
• Developing and executing Red Bull's global Digital Shelf strategy and program
• Building and mobilizing the organization through practical playbooks, training programs, coaching initiatives, and best-practice sharing
• Managing and analyzing data to inform business decisions and measure performance

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or omnichannel sales, preferably within the FMCG/CPG industry and in an international or global environment
• Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of translating strategy into channel and market priorities that drive measurable growth
• Deep understanding of Digital Shelf fundamentals, including content, search, browse, availability, online conversion, and retailer media ecosystems
• Ability to leverage multiple data sources, define KPIs and measurement frameworks, and translate analysis into actionable recommendations
• Experience managing strategic vendors, contracts, budgets, commercial negotiations, and return on investment across multiple markets and stakeholders
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills as a plus
