Producer (Apex Legends)

We are seeking an experienced Legends Producer to join the Apex Legends team at Respawn Entertainment, a studio known for creating critically acclaimed games such as Apex Legends, Titanfall, and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.

As a Legends Producer, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of playable characters, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality characters are delivered on schedule and aligned with project goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the production planning and execution for the entire Legend development pipeline
• Partner with Design, Art, Animation, Narrative, Audio, VFX, and external teams to coordinate dependencies and content delivery milestones
• Drive the end-to-end development process for new Legends, from concept to final implementation and post-launch support
• Collaborate with creative and technical leads to ensure the vision for each Legend is maintained
• Identify production risks and drive solutions to keep development on track
• Develop and maintain production tracking tools, schedules, and reporting mechanisms
• Facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external partners

Ideally, you will have:

• 3+ years of production experience in AAA game development, preferably with experience in character or hero development
• A deep understanding of game development pipelines, particularly the lifecycle of a playable character
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with numerous cross-functional dependencies
• Experience in a live service environment, with a focus on consistent content delivery and post-launch support
• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of keeping development on schedule
• Experience tracking a large volume of assets and complex feature sets across multiple production stages
• A passion for character-driven games, player experience, and the collaborative process of bringing a new character to life
