AI Agent Testing Engineer

As an AI Agent Testing Engineer at NVIDIA, you will be working on testing cutting-edge AI agents and end-to-end agentic workflows across NV GPU Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Test AI agents and workflows across NV GPU Platform
• Validate models across inference runtimes, model formats, precision and quantization settings, and hardware/software configurations
• Design and execute functional, integration, end-to-end, reliability, and performance tests
• Develop automated tests and evaluation frameworks for capabilities such as reasoning, tool use, multi-turn interactions, memory, and retrieval
• Collaborate with development teams to triage issues, perform root-cause analysis, verify fixes, and improve test coverage and quality

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Strong software development potential, with proficiency in Python and shell scripting
• Hands-on experience downloading, configuring, and running open-source models
• Experience using AI development tools to improve quality and productivity across the end-to-end QA workflow
• Good knowledge of Linux, software development and testing methodologies
• Fluent written and spoken English and strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, innovative, and self-motivated attitude with a passion for learning cutting-edge technologies
• Ability to work full-time, on-site five days per week, for one year

Nice to Have:

• Background with LLM applications, AI agents, agentic workflows, developing AI evaluation or test automation frameworks
• Experience with NVIDIA GPU hardware, CUDA, or parallel programming
