Developer Engagement Lead

We're hiring a Developer Engagement Lead to make sure we're part of conversations about Datadog across various developer channels. You'll own how Datadog listens, responds, and participates across these channels.

Responsibilities:

• Build our developer listening and engagement system
• Turn monitoring into action
• Own our developer channels
• Expand where Datadog participates
• Make Datadog more responsive
• Participate directly in conversations
• Create feedback loops into Product
• Get more technical voices into the conversation
• Turn shipped work into conversations
• Build measurement that matters
• Run experiments

Requirements:

• Understand how developers behave online
• Experience building an audience, community, or engagement program
• Strong judgment about when a company should join a conversation
• Naturally curious and able to think in systems
• Comfortable with tooling, automation, and monitoring platforms
• Ability to create structure where none exists
• Experience working with a technical or enthusiast audience is valuable

Salary: $139,000-$164,000 USD
