Description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team at Ross Hall Clinic Braehead in Glasgow. This is a bank role working on an 'as and when required' basis, with shifts available from Monday to Saturday.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care in line with patient care plans and clinical protocols. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient needs and prioritising care
- Monitoring vital signs and recognising changes in condition
- Administering medications safely and effectively
- Maintaining accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Ensuring compliance with NMC standards and clinical governance requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult)
- Demonstrable experience working in a clinical healthcare setting
- Good understanding of clinical governance and patient safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficiency in IT systems used for patient records and documentation
