Charlotte Tilbury is seeking Freelance Makeup Artists to join their team. As a Freelance Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for promoting and creating makeup magic in-store, representing the brand's ethos, products, and image.
Main Duties:
- Achieve sales targets through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service
- Create brand awareness through product knowledge demonstrations
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines
- Lead by example to promote exceptional customer service
- Maintain a positive and cooperative approach towards work and colleagues
- Ensure the counter is customer-ready and maintain excellent hygiene standards
- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and event execution
- Maintain consistent communication with the brand field team
