We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations Graduate programme, a 2-year programme designed to give you depth and breadth of experience. As part of this programme, you will become a vital part of our Operations team, contributing to strategic initiatives and helping us deliver exceptional service.
The purpose of this role is to support the day-to-day operations of the operations business division, providing insights and expertise to help senior colleagues make informed decisions, develop new products and services, and identify new market opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing KYC tasks and monitoring real-time transaction flows
- Addressing incident, problem, and change management issues
- Providing support for continuous improvement of operational processes and development of best practices
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
- Reconciling fees for cleared derivatives and undertaking complex customer and product-related processing activities
As an Analyst, you will be expected to:
- Perform prescribed activities in a timely and high-quality manner
- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and experience in your assigned area of expertise
- Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development
- Partner with other functions and business areas
- Take responsibility for end results of operational processing and activities
- Escalate breaches of policies and procedures
- Advise and influence decision-making within your area of expertise
