We are seeking a trainee lawyer to join our Banking team, which operates at the intersection of law and business. As a trainee, you will work on high-profile transactions, including corporate acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, and complex syndicated financing deals. Our team works seamlessly across practice groups, borders, and time zones, providing a unique opportunity to gain insights into the world of transactions and experience legal work with real economic impact.
Responsibilities:
- Work on high-profile transactions, including corporate acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, and complex syndicated financing deals
- Collaborate with colleagues from various practice areas and countries
- Develop your skills through our trainee program, HLC Next, which includes mentoring, training on the job, and support for your second state exam
Requirements:
- Completed or partially completed first state exam in law at a German university
- Interest in economic connections and processes
- Very good English language skills
- Scientific work can be done alongside a doctorate or as part of a traineeship
