Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at Mejuri, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional retail experience and supporting the store leadership team with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and validate the quality of the in-store customer experience
• Drive sales and ensure an excellent customer experience
• Support the team to meet KPIs such as customer retention, conversion rates, and NPS
• Partner with the Store Manager across business areas like operations, inventory control, and merchandising
• Assist in overseeing store performance and driving sales

Requirements:

• Financial management experience with success in driving top-line sales and controlling expenses
• Strong leadership skills with experience supporting, coaching, and motivating a team
• Solid understanding of what great customer experience looks like and how to bring it to life on the floor
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
