Makeup Artist Salesperson in Counter

We are seeking a skilled Makeup Artist Salesperson to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury in Monterrey, Mexico.

As a Retail Makeup Artist, you will be responsible for promoting and creating the magic of makeup in-store, representing our products and brand image. You will work as part of an elite team to drive sales through exceptional makeup artistry.

Responsibilities:

• Sales: Achieve and exceed personal sales targets, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Average Sales per Unit (ASPU) and Items per Transaction (IPT)
• Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Create brand awareness through product knowledge sharing and demonstrations
• Present new product launches
• Demonstrate proactivity and creativity within company guidelines
• Promote the Tilbury Touch service

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, leading by example to promote the Tilbury Touch
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and effectively
• Invite customers to experience personalized makeup sessions
• Work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
• Seize opportunities to deliver exceptional service to each customer

• Teamwork: Support event execution
• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude
• Contribute to individual and team development plans
• Ensure high standards of punctuality and time management
• Foster open communication, professionalism, and creativity within the team

• Operations: Ensure the counter is ready for customers from opening to closing
• Maintain high hygiene standards on the counter, cleaning display units, tools, and testers throughout the day
• Manage technology at the point of sale, including iPads, sound systems, and advertising screens
• Help maintain required inventory levels, including stock rotation and timely replenishment
• Implement visual materials, new launch displays, and promotional materials as directed
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time
• Report operational issues promptly

Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced makeup skills
• Basic makeup training preferred
• Knowledge of makeup brands (classic, new, indie) and trends
• Basic skincare knowledge
• Proven sales performance or recommendation letter
• Minimum one year of experience in department stores and sales
