Technical Product Owner

Kody is redefining the future of commerce by building the next generation of Agentic Commerce and Embedded Finance platforms. We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and execution-driven Technical Product Owner to join our core product team.

You will be instrumental in identifying market opportunities, defining high-impact merchant solutions, and driving the delivery of products that merge payment technology with intelligent business tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on the global Fintech landscape, payment regulations, and competitor offerings to identify high-potential product opportunities.
• Own the product lifecycle for Kody's core features from requirement gathering to deployment.
• Collaborate closely with global engineering, design, and operations teams to translate complex merchant pain points into intuitive, reliable product solutions.
• Establish key product metrics to track feature adoption among merchants, leveraging data insights to continually iterate and optimize the platform's user experience.
• Coordinate with compliance, banking partners, and regional teams to ensure solutions are secure, regulatory-compliant, and localized for different markets.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of product management experience in Fintech, Payment Gateway, POS/SaaS solutions, or Merchant-facing (B2B) products.
• Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier global university in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
• Excellent professional English proficiency.
• Solid understanding of payment ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Exceptional ability to break down ambiguous business requirements into structured, prioritized product backlogs.
