Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal retail sales and service roles at our store located at 4750 Millenia Plaza Way, Orlando, FL 32839-2434.
The starting hourly rate for this role is $16.50 USD per hour. From 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an already existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force of specialised consultants who provide tailored suggestions and solutions through active selling and compelling visual merchandising presentations that inspire guests and build the basket. Alternatively, you may work as an advocate of guest experience who welcomes, thanks, and exceeds guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. You could also be an expert of operations, process, and efficiency who enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor.
In this role, you will gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store. You will also gain experience in retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
To succeed in this role, you should be excited about working in a fun and energetic environment, providing service to our guests, and stocking, setting, and selling Target products. You should also be able to work both independently and with a team, resolve guest questions quickly on the spot, and have attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
