Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Performance & Strategy Finance to help define how the company plans, prioritizes investments, and measures enterprise performance.

The successful candidate will operate at the intersection of Finance, Enterprise Performance, Corporate Strategy, and Business Operations, architecting and evolving the financial operating framework supporting Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead Finance's partnership with Enterprise Performance to design, govern, and continuously improve EA's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) framework.
  • Lead enterprise investment prioritization and capital allocation, establishing financial frameworks, business case standards, ROI methodologies, and investment recommendations.
  • Serve as Finance's strategic partner to Corporate Strategy, providing financial modeling, valuation, scenario planning, and financial insights.
  • Develop enterprise financial planning frameworks that standardize operational planning, business case methodologies, financial thresholds, performance metrics, and governance.
  • Lead financial consolidations and planning operations for the Experiences organization.
  • Partner across Enterprise FP&A, Studios FP&A, Experiences FP&A, Enterprise Performance, and Corporate Strategy to align planning processes, investment decisions, and enterprise financial priorities.
  • Provide strategic financial insights and executive decision support.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team.

Success in this role will be measured through:

  • Enterprise Integrated Business Planning framework adopted across the company
  • Investment prioritization process consistently used across major strategic decisions
  • Executive decisions supported by timely, insightful financial analysis
  • Improved transparency into enterprise performance and strategic trade-offs
  • Connected planning processes that reduce cycle times and improve planning quality
  • High-performing team with strong organizational influence and credibility

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 12+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, Corporate Development, or Management Consulting.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide planning, transformation, or strategic finance initiatives.
  • Exceptional financial modeling, valuation, and capital allocation expertise.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise operating models, planning processes, and governance.
  • Ability to influence executive leadership and drive alignment across large, matrixed organizations.
  • Outstanding communication and executive storytelling skills.
