Description
We are seeking a Technical Leader to join our Customer Experience (CX) team, delivering Business Critical Services to our customers. As a Technical Leader, you will help drive the effort to transform our current and future network architecture for our customers. You will work directly with our customers and gain direct experience and exposure into their networks.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and implement network solutions
- Lead teams made up of Cisco, Customer, and Partner members in the analysis and resolution of sophisticated network problems
- Provide high-level crisis management through anticipation of issues, problems, or events and actively resolving them with the Customer and Partners
- Develop and articulate a vision that inspires change
Requirements:
- Current DOD Secret Security Clearance
- 7 years relevant experience in Cisco networking (combination of Enterprise Networking/Collaboration)
- Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Cisco Certified Networking Professional (CCNP) or equivalent skills (Enterprise Networking/Collaboration)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experienced delivering Cisco standard methodologies within our customer's infrastructure
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to solve technical problems
- Ability to provide high-level crisis management through anticipation of issues, problems or events and actively resolving them with the Customer and Partners

Salary Range: $130,200.00 - $180,500.00 per year
