Field Enablement Manager

The APJ Enablement Team at Datadog empowers Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Solutions teams with the right information, skills, and tools to maximize their ability to land, expand, and drive growth across the region.

As a Field Enablement Manager, you will deliver onboarding and ongoing enablement training/programs to regional go-to-market teams, focusing on simplifying complex content to enable salespeople to be successful.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering engaging live and virtual enablement sessions for regional Sales and Customer Success teams
• Conducting ongoing field listening to maintain a strong pulse on business needs, gaps, and strengths across APAC markets
• Leading reinforcement and coaching to drive post-program adoption
• Partnering with Curriculum, Program Management, and Operations to share field insights and pilot or co-build content
• Using AI tools to accelerate delivery and reinforcement

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, field enablement, training, or a related GTM role
• Proven delivery track record supporting Sales and/or Customer Success teams in a SaaS or technology environment
• Strong facilitator with experience delivering engaging live and virtual training sessions
• Familiarity with sales methodologies/frameworks such as MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, Sandler, etc.
• Strong business acumen and comfort using performance data, field feedback, and qualitative insights to inform enablement decisions
• Foundational understanding of Datadog and/or the broader technology industry
• Highly collaborative and relationship-oriented
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable operating independently across a large, diverse region
