Description
We are seeking an experienced Plumber with skills in other trades to join our team as a Multi Trade Operative. You will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to our properties in Camden, Hammersmith, and surrounding areas.
As a Multi Trade Operative, you will carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs connected with all aspects of specialist trades and secondary trades. The works will be carried out efficiently and completed within required deadlines.
The salary range for this role is £34,359 - £42,759 per year, plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, van, tools, company bonus scheme, and regular overtime.
Key requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance
- Reliable and experienced plumber with skills in other trades
- Good customer care skills
