Retail Sales Associate (Woodland)

Squishable is looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join their team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will become a Squishable ambassador, learning about their unique products and developing communication skills to provide the highest level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Set and maintain exceptional brand and operational standards within the store
• Perform all POS transactions efficiently and courteously
• Engage with customers and create a fun, memorable environment in the store
• Process inbound shipments
• Maintain an organized inventory and ensure all merchandise is displayed according to brand visual guidelines
• Support the team with opening and closing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Reasonably open availability, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Previous retail experience, preferably in a pop-up, promotional, or boutique environment
• Familiarity with Square or a similar POS system
• The ability to lift cartons up to 25 lbs.
• Must be 18 or older

Compensation:

• Pay rate is $14.00 per hour
