We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to join our elite team, applying frontier technologies to the world's biggest financial problems. As a Financial Operations Manager, you will assist in preparing daily/monthly financial regulatory reports and assist in the accounting close.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare or assist in producing required financial regulatory reports for the broker/dealer, including the Reserve Computation and FOCUS report.
- Assist the team in the month-end accounting close process for the registered broker/dealer, including preparing accounting entries, reconciliation, and financial reports.
- Assemble data to complete the reports required to comply with daily regulatory reporting requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree at an accredited institution in accounting or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in the finance department of a bank or broker-dealer with deep knowledge of key processes and controls surrounding the preparation and delivery of required regulatory reports.
- Accounting experience at a financial institution, including knowledge of accounting entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis.
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel and SQL, with comfort using AI tools to work more efficiently.
- Series 27 or 99 (preferred, but will need to obtain within 1 year).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and eagerness to rapidly ramp up on new subject matter.

Base Pay Range: Zone 1 (Menlo Park, CA; New York, NY; Bellevue, WA; Washington, DC): $110,500-$130,000 USD Zone 2 (Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; Chicago, IL): $96,900-$114,000 USD Zone 3 (Lake Mary, FL; Clearwater, FL; Gainesville, FL): $85,850-$101,000 USD
