2nd Shift HUB Inbound Lead Fulfillment Associate

As a 2nd Shift HUB Inbound Lead Fulfillment Associate at ShipBob, you will be part of a fast-growing company that provides a leading global supply chain and fulfillment technology platform for SMB and Mid-Market ecommerce merchants.

You will work in a high-performance culture with a clear purpose, collaborating with peers and leaders alike to deliver an incredible experience for customers every day. Your role will involve working within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other duties as required.

In this role, you will:

• Work in a team environment to ensure the smooth operation of the warehouse
• Be responsible for handling, storing, and distributing products in a safe and efficient manner
• Follow all standard operating procedures and report any concerns related to product condition or integrity
• Support traceability through accurate record-keeping and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

• Be able to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends, and consistently arrive on time
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs without restriction
• Be able to stand and walk continuously during and up to an 8-10 hour shift
• Be able to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
• Be willing to help out in other departments as needed
• Be detail-oriented and able to quickly understand new processes and identify operational opportunities
