Clinic Assistant

MediCard Phils., Inc. is looking for a Clinic Assistant to provide assistance to doctors and nurses, and quality care to patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide assistance and service to patients
• Take vital signs and initial patient history
• Inspect consultation rooms for availability of supplies
• Oversee cleanliness of consultation rooms
• Ensure sufficient inventory of supplies
• Coordinate with other departments as needed
• Issue approvals for diagnostic requests
• Maintain and update patient medical records
• Prepare and submit reports and doctor's procedure fees
• Render overtime as required

Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Nursing or related medical allied courses
• 6 months experience in healthcare (preferably)
• Average verbal and written communication skills, with initiative, organized, and service-oriented
