Senior Technical Program Manager, ArsenalOS

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The Senior Technical Program Manager, ArsenalOS role involves managing the Forge Portal, a new platform within ArsenalOS that enables external stakeholders to do business with Anduril. The successful candidate will bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to the program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the execution framework for Forge Portal initiatives
• Coordinate multiple engineering and stakeholder teams
• Maintain a reliable view of the Portal's portfolio in a single system of record
• Identify risks and cross-system dependencies early
• Partner with engineering on integrations across systems
• Translate technical activity into concise business-facing reporting
• Establish and run lightweight operating cadences
• Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer

Requirements:

• 7+ years in technical program management or a closely related role
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects
• Technical fluency across enterprise systems such as ERP, WMS, MES, PLM, or QMS
• Proven ability to create structure and accountability in fast-moving environments
• Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities
• Strong reporting instincts and excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies
• U.S. Person status is required
• Ability to work in-office full time at HQ and travel to operational sites on a limited basis

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting product or platform teams that serve both internal and external users
• Experience delivering initiatives across enterprise platforms
• Experience in manufacturing, quality, supply chain, aerospace, or defense environments
• Experience in hyper-growth, startup-like environments
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance

Salary Range: $166,000-$220,000 USD
