Physical Therapist - Outpatient (Float Role)

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist for an outpatient float role at our Oldsmar clinic, with opportunities to work at other locations including Tampa Road. As a Physical Therapist with PT Solutions, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.

Responsibilities include:

• Floating between clinics, primarily based at Oldsmar - 3853 Tampa Rd STE 102, with potential shifts at Tampa Road - 3297 Tampa Rd, Palm Harbor, FL
• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment
• Designing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Efficiently managing patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Requirements:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)
