Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java/Python
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver high-quality products
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, and RESTful API development
• Able to independently deliver backend APIs end-to-end, including development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support
• Proficient in SQL databases, NoSQL technologies, persistence frameworks such as JPA/Hibernate or MyBatis, and Linux/Shell scripting
• Familiar with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and DevOps delivery processes
• Good understanding of API security, performance optimisation, distributed systems, and troubleshooting production issues
• Familiarity with Python and ETL/data processing workflows is preferred
• Skilled in AI-assisted development tools for code generation, testing, debugging, and documentation; AI/LLM API integration experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus
• Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and support activities outside regular business hours as needed
• Eagerness to learn, adapt to new technologies, and apply AI responsibly to improve engineering outcomes
