Advanced Data Analyst - EA Sports FC Live

We are seeking an Advanced Data Analyst to join our FC Data & Analytics team, focusing on forecasting and performance modelling for FC's live service business. As part of a growing team, you will provide data and insights on player behaviour and live content performance within the FC franchise.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the forecasting framework for performance measurement, planning, and strategic decision-making across FC's live service business.
• Develop and employ financial modelling techniques, time series analysis, and a deep knowledge of their use cases.
• Create a robust model projecting live service funnel metrics, incorporating player behaviour, in-game content, and macroeconomic trends.
• Collaborate with partners across Product Management, Finance, and Commercial teams to align on projections and update the business on performance impacts.
• Establish scalable forecasting processes and lead presentations to diverse audiences, including senior and executive level management.
• Run risk and opportunity scenarios based on live content plans and mentor other analysts.

Requirements:

• Degree in a quantitative discipline (Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, or similar).
• 7+ years of experience in a data-driven role performing quantitative analysis with big data.
• 4+ years of experience developing financial/product performance projections and forecasts using various modelling techniques.
• Strong experience in statistical and/or time series modelling for predictive purposes.
• Expertise in SQL and working with large-scale, complex datasets.
• Proficient in analyzing large datasets using programmatic tools (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
• Strong capabilities in project management processes.
