Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.
We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.
As a Customer Assistant, you will:
- Operate in a high-demand environment, providing excellent customer service
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain high standards of efficiency and effectiveness, balancing speed and accuracy
- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and adapting to changing situations
This is a part-time, flexible role, working varied shifts including evenings and weekends.
Working Hours: Week 1:
- Tuesday 12:00-18:00
- Wednesday 12:00-18:00
- Friday 16:30-22:30
- Saturday 14:00-20:00
Week 2:
- Sunday 13:00-19:00
- Wednesday 16:30-22:30
- Friday 14:00-20:00
Additional Information:
- The role involves working late nights, and applicants must be 18 years or older
- Successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December
- A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is paid for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
