Program Manager - Growth Operations, Contract

You will manage the growth program from end to end, including top-of-the-funnel growth and recruiting campaigns, applications processing, and hiring and onboarding.

You will represent and champion the brand, promoting its value proposition to candidates and stakeholders, driving engagement, and taking ownership of process improvements that streamline growth pipelines and support program success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Optimizing the full growth funnel for conversion and experience
• Building and leading new growth recruiting campaigns and channels to meet business goals
• Being the subject matter expert for all recruiting systems, tools, and processes, and providing training and onboarding as needed
• Owning internal reporting and analytics, and keeping all internal hiring data clean and up-to-date in systems
• Driving impactful initiatives to improve workflow, data infrastructure, and reporting
• Proactively flagging discrepancies in hiring plans, interview process, JDs, offer details, etc. and maintaining data integrity and operational excellence within the team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience working in Growth, Recruiting or RecOps at a rapidly growing company
• Extensive experience using Greenhouse as a Site Admin and pulling ad hoc reports using internal TA tools
• Strong knowledge of Gsuite, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation, and formatting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences
• A deep understanding of Growth and Recruiting Pipelines, Funnels, and Conversion metrics
