Director of Product, Fleet Lifecycle Optimization

We are seeking a Director of Product, Fleet Lifecycle Optimization to lead our commercial fleet space. As a Director of Product Management, you will own the Fleet Lifecycle journey, including Total Cost of Ownership analysis, benchmarking, scenario planning, vehicle remarketing, and vehicle acquisition/financing.

In this position, you will:

• Own the product vision and roadmap for seamlessly integrating the fleet lifecycle optimization process
• Enable fleet managers to maximize their fleet operating cost and capital efficiency
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver on the vision and roadmap
• Broker external dependencies and evaluate build/buy/partner relationships
• Work closely with dealers to develop win/win strategies
• Design input metrics to diagnose and improve the customer journey
• Become an expert on commercial fleet TCO analysis, fleet optimization, and vehicle purchase process
• Build and manage a high-performing product team

Requirements:

• 10+ years as a product manager with a demonstrated track record of impact
• 5+ years of people management, including managing managers
• Strong analytical and financial fluency
• Demonstrated AI fluency
• Effectiveness delivering results in large, complex organizations
• Passion for serving B2B customers
