Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager at ShipBob, you will manage staff, foster a positive work environment, ensure customer satisfaction, and oversee departmental operations.

You will direct several operational aspects, including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and recruiting.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring merchant expectations are met and exceeded
• Managing performance KPIs, identifying key metrics, and planning continuous improvement efforts
• Using data-driven reports to identify areas for improvement and proposing solutions
• Hiring, training, coaching, and motivating team members
• Establishing and enforcing safety standards and procedures
• Sharing knowledge with other locations and headquarters on effective practices and business opportunities

You will bring:

• 6+ years of leadership experience
• Facility start-up experience
• A degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
• A demonstrated track record of taking ownership and driving results
• Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma

The target salary range for this role is $89,235 - $118,980 per year, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus plan.
