Makeup Training Leader at Counter

We are seeking a highly skilled Makeup Training Leader at Counter to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury. As a Makeup Training Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of artists and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Summary: You will be a true ambassador of the brand, driving sales and promoting the brand's products and services. You will lead by example, creating a unique customer experience through makeup appointments, masterclasses, and social media content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the brand's products and services
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique customer experience
• Lead and inspire a team of artists to achieve sales targets and promote the brand
• Collaborate with the education manager to identify training needs and deliver training sessions
• Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and visual merchandising in the store

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in counter management or boutique management
• Pro Makeup Artist qualification
• Portfolio of makeup work
• Certification in makeup, especially in bridal and social makeup
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personnel training
• Passion for the beauty industry and talent development
• Experience in personnel management and business acumen
• Expertise in managing KPIs and using Microsoft Office software
• High experience in using CRM programs
