Description
We are seeking enthusiastic speech and language therapists to join our friendly and supportive team at Cognus Therapies, a multidisciplinary team providing therapy interventions to children and young people aged 4–25 years in mainstream schools, colleges, and specialist settings within the London Borough of Sutton and surrounding boroughs.
As a Band 6 Specialist Speech and Language Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide innovative therapy interventions following evidence-based practise and an embedded model of therapy to best support the pupils' needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy interventions to children and young people with a range of special educational needs
- Work collaboratively with the therapy team and other professionals to deliver high-quality services
- Participate in regular supervision and continuing professional development
Requirements:
- Registration with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
- Own transport an advantage but not essential
