Description
We are seeking a part-time Pasantía Import/Export, Country Site Activation to join our team in CABA, Argentina. This is a 12-month contract position, working 4 days on-site and 1 day hybrid.
As a Pasantía Import/Export, Country Site Activation, you will provide support to Argentina in tasks related to import/export activities for site activation. You will work under general supervision to perform site activation activities in assigned studies for investigative sites, according to applicable regulations, SOPs and work instructions, collaborating closely with Local Teams and other departments as necessary.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing documents for completeness, consistency and accuracy
- Distributing completed documents to internal project team members
- Supporting the updating and maintenance of internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines and project plans
- Assisting the Import/Export Team in the distribution, recollection and tracking of imported and exported materials
To qualify, you will need:
- To be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as import/export)
- Strong English language skills
- Effective problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication skills
