We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering a starting hourly rate of $16.75 USD per hour.
As a team member at Target, you will be part of a sales force that provides tailored suggestions and solutions to guests. You will work in a fun and energetic environment, delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring a consistent experience across the store.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support a guest-first culture
- Execute daily and weekly workloads to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
Physical Demands:
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
