Experienced Composite Laminator

Crosby Composites, a leading carbon fibre manufacturer, primarily serving high-end luxury automotive and Formula 1, seeks an Experienced Composite Laminator for their Brackley site.

The successful candidate will be part of the Laminating team, which plays a critical role in maintaining high standards and supporting production areas. Responsibilities include:

• Laminating and tooling across a broad range of products
• Verifying information on drawings and route card instructions
• Contributing to process improvements for quality and efficiency
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring a clean, tidy department
• Demonstrating attention to detail

Requirements:

• Experience in laminating and composite materials
• Familiarity with pre-preg autoclave processes
• Understanding of engineering drawings
• Motorsport or automotive experience
