As a 高级工程师,监管数仓开发, you will be responsible for completing regulatory data management and governance tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Interpret financial regulatory requirements and translate them into implementable data models and reporting logic.
  • Design, maintain, and iterate on regulatory reporting data models, assessing the impact of changes to source business systems and developing response plans.
  • Lead the development and optimisation of regulatory data processes, from collection to reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams, business departments, and external regulatory technical counterparts to advance regulatory project implementation.
  • Review data model design documents and program code submitted by outsourced personnel to ensure compliance with data governance standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform daily operation and maintenance monitoring of regulatory reporting tasks, including batch scheduling, exception alert handling, performance tuning, and disaster recovery drills.
  • Respond quickly to and resolve reporting interruptions or data anomalies caused by infrastructure changes.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with the insurance industry, especially life insurance/health insurance, and regulatory reporting systems, including EAST and policy registration frameworks.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data governance, data warehousing, or regulatory reporting, preferably in a life insurance company or large financial institution.
  • Experience leading or deeply participating in at least two large-scale data warehouse, big data platform, or data governance projects, with end-to-end delivery capabilities.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration and multi-team synergy project management experience, with the ability to effectively promote complex regulatory tasks.

Skills:

  • Proficient in mainstream relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, with solid SQL writing and performance optimisation capabilities.
  • Skilled in using at least one mainstream ETL tool, such as Informatica, DataStage, Kettle, or self-developed scheduling platforms.
  • Familiarity with Linux operating systems, able to write Shell/Python scripts to support automated operation and maintenance.
  • Proficient in data modelling methodologies, such as paradigm modelling and dimensional modelling, and skilled in using PowerDesigner, ERwin, or similar modelling tools.
  • Master data governance core capabilities, including metadata management, data lineage, and data quality monitoring.
  • Experience in report or regulatory report development, familiar with common BI or reporting tools such as FineReport, Tableau, Power BI, etc.

Other Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, team collaboration spirit, and certain technical leadership abilities.
  • Strong stress resistance, able to independently analyse, locate, and solve complex problems in high-intensity regulatory compliance environments.
  • Sensitive to changes in regulatory policies, with continuous learning and rapid response capabilities.
