Lead Client Partner, CPG

As a Lead Client Partner CPG at Pinterest, you'll play a pivotal role in building trusted, long-term partnerships with Beauty & Household & Health clients.

You will define, launch, and drive strategic initiatives, operationalizing a vision that deepens relationships and delivers measurable business results.

Key responsibilities include:

• Retaining, growing, and diversifying the value delivered to partners, ultimately growing Pinterest revenue
• Coordinating negotiations with partners to create joint business plans and learning agendas
• Orchestrating internal support for clients and agencies to solve high-level strategic challenges
• Tracking, analyzing, and communicating key quantitative metrics and business trends
• Presenting tailored digital media strategies to partners that address their specific marketing needs

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in marketing/advertising/digital, with specific technical acumen in media, search, data, and measurement
• Established industry relationships and experience working with executive-level business and marketing leaders
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals
• Ability to translate partner value across various levels
• Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment

Benefits:

• Base salary range: €85,110-€161,709 EUR
• Eligible for equity and incentive compensation
