Description
We are seeking a Product Owner to join our team at IQVIA, a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the technical development of our product, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing and maintaining the product backlog, creating and developing the product roadmap, and ensuring product quality and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the product's technical development
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize and maintain the product backlog
- Create and develop the product roadmap
- Act as interface between stakeholders, development teams, and users
- Ensure product quality and continuous optimization based on relevant KPIs
- Communicate product goals, priorities, and results transparently
Requirements:
- Several years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a comparable role
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Experience in requirements management and collaboration with technical teams
- High level of self-responsibility, self-organization, and ownership mindset
- Structured working style and ability to handle complex technical issues
- Ability to make informed decisions in challenging situations
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills when dealing with different stakeholders
- Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
