Stores Operative / Driver

We are seeking a Stores Operative / Driver to join our team at London Heathrow Airport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stock levels in a busy airport warehouse, ensuring that par levels of stock meet customer requirements, replenishing and recycling items as necessary, and processing orders using agreed procedures.

The role involves some manual handling activities, such as lifting and carrying cleaning equipment and driving.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain stock levels and ensure that par levels meet customer requirements
• Replenish and recycle items as necessary
• Process orders using agreed procedures
• Clean and check storage units and equipment
• Ensure accurate records are kept of usage and availability
• Remove equipment and materials from vehicles when required

Requirements:

• Experience in a stores, warehouse or similar environment
• Entry level functional skills
• Good communication skills
• Good literacy skills
• Driving Licence
• Ability to work in a team
• Willingness and ability to work shifts
