Description
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in Berkeley, MO. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will lead integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation. You will provide interpretation of complex requirements, develop quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Leads integration of contractual and Boeing Quality Management System requirements into all aspects of proposals and program processes and documentation
- Provides interpretation of complex requirements
- Develops quality metrics, design and production certification plans for large programs to ensure compliance with contractual, Company and regulatory requirements
- Develops Quality criteria to support supplier selection activities
- Leads various reviews to ensure quality attributes are incorporated into product designs
- Develops and selects methods for analysis, testing and audit to ensure manufacturing and test readiness
- Assists in development of new standards repairs for non-conformances
- Analyzes non-conformance trends to evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions
- Develops and implements corrective actions
- Performs benchmarking and other forms of advanced analysis to ensure specified processes capability levels are achieved
- Works under minimal direction
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- 5+ year of experience in Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) and Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA)
- 5+ of Quality Inspection experience, including FAI (First Article Inspection)
- 5+ years of experience working with Non-conformance (NCR) processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Quality Manager or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) Certifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing Quality Engineering role

Salary Range: $122,400 - $165,600
