Assistant Producer - EA SPORTS™ FC

Electronic Arts is seeking an Assistant Producer to join the EA SPORTS™ FC team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This is a temporary position expected to last 12 months, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring onsite presence three times a week.

As an Assistant Producer, you will work closely with the production, product management, art, and quality verification teams to create compelling live content for EA SPORTS FC. Your responsibilities will include:

• Translating real-world football events into live content ideas and plans
• Developing live content plans and strategies to retain and engage players
• Working directly in custom tools to create, verify, and publish live content
• Collaborating with the quality verification team to ensure high-quality content
• Coordinating with other producers to meet deadlines and targets
• Becoming an expert on the game and the community to inform design choices

Requirements for this role include:

• 2-4 years of experience working on a live service product, preferably in production, product management, quality verification, or game design
• High attention to detail and ability to spot defects
• Good understanding of game quality and user experience
• Familiarity with football (soccer) and its leagues
• Experience with game production tools and project management software
• Ability to work with remote teams and think creatively to solve complex problems
