Junior National Account Manager, EU

We're looking for an ambitious Junior National Account Manager to join our commercial team in London. You'll be responsible for nurturing and establishing strategic partnerships with our EU retail partners, supporting the Senior National Account Manager with top accounts, and driving business growth in stores.

As a Junior National Account Manager, you will:

• Establish and maintain relationships with designated accounts, including Buying/Trading, Merchandising, and Marketing
• Work closely with retail partners to plan and facilitate the successful launch of new products
• Prepare and collate weekly sales reports, gathering key retail context and store performance data
• Build net and retail sales forecasts for defined retailers, meeting financial deadlines
• Monitor and manage net sales performance, ensuring accurate forecasting and proactive inventory management
• Lead the effective monitoring of retailers' inventory to deliver 100% on-shelf availability
• Work cross-functionally to build strong local trade plans for designated retailers
• Align trading plans with the Senior National Account Manager and Senior Marketing Manager

You'll sit within our EU Function, within our highly talented Commercial team for Europe, and work closely with the Retail team, Operational Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR, and Store Design.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a National Account Executive or Junior National Account Manager, ideally in the beauty, luxury, or fashion industry
• Highly numerate, target-driven, and commercially savvy
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial can-do spirit
