Advanced Operations Solution, Process Excellence & Insights, Senior Analyst

At AIA, we're transforming our organisation to be faster, simpler, and more connected. We're looking for a Senior Solutions Analyst to support the execution and implementation of system enhancements, new products, and projects in Life Operations, focusing on Claims.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery and implementation of Claims System enhancements, new products, and projects
• Analyse end-to-end business processes, systems, and data related to operations
• Create business process mappings (AS-IS & TO-BE)
• Develop user requirements that align with business needs
• Facilitate and prioritise changes with users and stakeholders
• Ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and documented
• Evaluate alternative solutions with IT and make recommendations
• Serve as intermediary between technology and business teams
• Translate business requirements into test scenarios and conditions
• Liaise with stakeholders for UAT setup and execution
• Execute UAT and review results
• Provide UAT signoff and defect resolution
• Perform post-implementation verification
• Contribute to project planning and resource allocation
• Provide guidance to Analysts and Support Specialists
• Prepare end-user training guides

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or related discipline
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma and/or Prince 2 preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in life insurance claims operations and/or Claims background
• Integral Life (Life 400/Asia AS400) background preferred
• Knowledge of Healthshield, minor and major claims preferred
• Experience in requirements gathering and managing delivery of life/health insurance systems and integrations
• Hands-on experience as a business analyst with 3-5 years of experience
• Experience in digital products or services (mobile or web) preferred
• Experience in UAT
• Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and attend to multiple projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous and able to manage priorities to meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
