In these roles, you will:
- Provide exceptional guest service and support
- Work efficiently and effectively in a team environment
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Execute daily and weekly tasks to meet business priorities and sales goals
- Develop knowledge of guest service fundamentals and retail business operations
To succeed in these roles, you should have:
- A welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
- Ability to learn and adapt to current technology needs
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Physical ability to climb ladders, scan and handle merchandise, and lift up to 40 pounds
