Stage Assistant(s) Development Partnerships

We are seeking a Stage Assistant(s) Development Partnerships to join our team at the Automobile Club de l'Ouest (ACO), the organiser of the iconic 24 Hours of Le Mans event.

As a Stage Assistant(s) Development Partnerships, you will report to the International Development Manager and play a key role in identifying potential partners in France and internationally.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identifying potential partners in France and internationally
• Designing and delivering commercial presentations and PowerPoint materials for client meetings
• Collaborating closely with the marketing teams to develop partnership offers
• Developing innovative and creative solutions to meet partner expectations
• Analysing and showcasing audience data, marketing performance, and event metrics
• Ensuring smooth post-sales transitions with the servicing teams
• Drafting contracts and monitoring them with the legal teams
• Accompanying clients and prospects during events and ensuring a high-quality experience
• Providing operational support to the servicing teams during event activations

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Be currently studying for a Master's degree in a business school
• Have a strong interest in business development, negotiation, and partnership management
• Be creative, proactive, and able to develop tailored solutions for partners
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and attention to detail
• Have a good command of professional English
• Be available to start in January 2027 for a 6-month internship
