We are seeking a Robot Process Automation (RPA) Business Analyst (UiPath) to join our team. As an RPA Business Analyst, you will play a central role in identifying and evaluating automation potential, from analyzing existing business processes to developing automation concepts in close collaboration with solution architects, developers, and operating automation platforms.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Process analysis and automation potential: You will analyze, document, and evaluate customers' business processes, identify automation potential, and develop possibilities for process optimization together with the departments responsible. You will assess automation ideas regarding business value, feasibility, complexity, risks, and expected benefits.
- Requirements management and process design: You will conduct workshops and interviews with process owners, subject matter experts, and IT teams, and translate technical requirements into business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications. Together with solution architects and developers, you will support the design of target processes and automation concepts.
- Stakeholder management and consulting: You will advise business stakeholders on how to translate business requirements into suitable and feasible RPA and automation solutions. As an interface between departments, automation teams, and technical implementation teams, you will ensure clear communication and a common understanding across all project phases.
- Business cases and presales: You will support the creation of business cases, the evaluation and prioritization of automation initiatives, and the development of automation roadmaps. In addition, you will participate in customer presentations, workshops, and presales activities and bring your expertise into the development of convincing automation solutions.
Requirements:
- A degree in business administration, business informatics, economics, engineering, or a comparable qualification, as well as 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, process consulting, or automation and transformation projects.
- Expertise in process analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management, as well as a pronounced understanding of business processes and their optimization. You have good knowledge of RPA concepts and automation platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or comparable solutions and can translate technical requirements into functional specifications for automation solutions.
- Passion for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying automation potential, and developing practical solutions that create measurable added value for customers and departments.
- Your way of working is characterized by structured and analytical thinking, excellent communication and moderation skills, and a solution-oriented and independent approach. You move confidently in the business-IT dialogue, work well with different stakeholders, and understand how to connect business requirements with the possibilities of technical automation teams.
