Sales Trainee - McKinney

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in McKinney. This training role is designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager role. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage, and maintain customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Areas that play to your strengths

• Training: participate in a training program to become eligible for Account Sales Manager roles
• Business Acumen: understand the basics of Red Bull and its products, build and protect the brand
• Daily Preparation: obtain necessary tools, communicate with ASMs/DSMs, and train with ASMs
• In Route Support: cover ASM routes, meet daily KPIs, and execute in-store strategies
• Off Route Support: support the team with audits, merchandising, and display building

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years old
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds
• English; additional languages an advantage
