Creator & Community Program Lead — Grok Imagine

The Imagine Product team at xAI is redefining AI-driven media experiences for Grok users worldwide. In this role, you'll build the communications system that showcases Grok Imagine's capabilities to creators, turning product potential into tangible results and fostering a community around it.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a communications strategy that highlights Grok Imagine's value to creators, driving adoption and brand loyalty.
• Create and distribute product showcase content across various channels.
• Design and manage influencer programs to raise awareness and credibility.
• Establish relationships with production houses, studios, and in-house creative teams to integrate Grok Imagine into their workflows.
• Oversee external production projects, ensuring quality and alignment with brand standards.
• Monitor competitor strategies and develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of communications efforts.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in leading communications, creator partnerships, or community programs for consumer or creator-facing products.
• Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks such as writing, outreach, and content management.
• Experience collaborating with creators, influencers, and media professionals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound editorial judgment and adherence to brand standards.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, small team environment.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Background in AI-driven media, generative tools, or related creative software.
• Experience with influencer programs and partnerships with professionals.
• Familiarity with production and post-production workflows.
• Analytical approach to content creation, using data to inform strategies.
• Aesthetic judgment in visual and motion media.
• Prior experience shifting a product's public perception from novelty to utility.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range is $140,000 - $196,000 USD. The total rewards package includes equity, comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, and other benefits.
